Disastrous Service and staff attitude

Firstly, a guy by the name of ernest assisted me and whilst he was busy serving me, he decided to take care of other things leaving me there for about 5minutes. Then he came bck &gave me my slip to wait. It was at around 19h25. They called all the other order numbers besides mine, up until I stood up at 20h00 asking where is my order? Then the guy argued with me saying they did call out the number, when they did not. That's when I demanded my money back. Even the staff working there, they don care.
