BAD ATTITUDE and MANNERS

I just received a horrible service at KFC MEGA CITY, 1stly as I was about to place my order Khule decided to serve another customer before me, and they first argued for a good 10minutes for change whilst a wait, finally it was my turn then I ordered street wise two to my suprise chips were not up standard (they were over fried and dry), than I said don't you have better chips? She told its not my fault they like that she is only at the till, I told there is no need for such an attitude so early in the morning and she gave the I don't care attitude, please guys teach your staff manners this is not acceptable at all. Disgusting service.
