Working hours

I would like to know why do you have trading hours if you cant even stick to them??? I was at the KFC on the corner of Lenchen and John Voster at 9h50, I waited for someone to come take my order by the order booth but there was nobody to be seen and the window was open. a Worker came out to tell us they were closed. there were 4 cars there at about 9h55pm... please change your trading hours or get your staff to work till the time that is mentioned on the door!!!
