KFC
Incomplete meals once again

This is the third time i have ordered a meal from KFC for my staff to find some thing is missing again,
First time no gravy in the order i made, then no chips and finally iv had it when i find no gravy and burger in my meal when i get to work, after i already had to tell your staff where my cool drinks and she replies"oh did you order cool drinks " yes we did they all meals and she replies "oh" come on KFC whats up with service lets see what customer service you will give now on hello peter.
