Disgusted Service and Quality of Food!!!

Good Day,

First and foremost I have to mention that I am a loyal KFC customer and have been satisfied with the food from all outlets or franchises rather.

The issue that disgusted me occurred on the 04th of May 2013 roughly about 10am.

I went to a KFC outlet/franchise situated in KZN, Durban, Phoenix at a Caltex Garage near the entrance of Mount Edgecombe to which I enter the drive through and wait approximately 25 minutes to be served. The service levels were extremely pathetic. I clearly state to the lady that I'd like a Zinger Burger and 1 Large Sprinkle Pops. To which I had paid and moved on to collect the order.

As I drove off I decided to open up the bag which my food was in and to my amazement I found that the sprinkle pops was actually put in a cooldrink cup, this meant that I had paid for a large Pops but got less and in a Cooldrink Cup. I was rather furious but kept my cool. It was only until I opened up the burger which was when I lost it. The burger had a junior snack burger patty in a normal burger bun filled with zinger sauce.

It was too far off for me to drive back there to complain and even if I did, their staff are highly incompetent.
