Bad store management causes customer inconvenience

I spent over a HALF AN HOUR at the drive through at your Tokai Branch on Saturday. The staff were so nonchalant. I told 2 cashiers that traffic was backing up into the main road.(I had to get out of the car) Both did not report to the manager. When I finally asked for the manager (Violet) She unapologetically said their was a problem with the cashier. NOT SO, the cashiers moved quickly. The whole place was POORLY managed. That store has previously handled way more traffic efficiently. We just wanted a SMALL POPS and chips for our daughter as we were dropping her off at her grand parents. We had a professional function that my wife was hosting and were late because we were stuck in your drive through.
