Stale Food and A Bad Attitude

Went to this branch twice in the last two weeks, both times the burgers and chips were horribly stale.

The second time, the burger (junior chicken burger) I got was ice cold. When asking the lady at the drive through window why it was cold, she called her supervisor who then asked me 7 questions before (supposedly) replacing the burger. I say supposedly because I made a mark on the wrapper, when the burger returned I found the same mark there. The quality of food was great at San Ridge McDonald's when it opened (a few months ago) but since then it has unfortunately deteriorated.

All my life, I had known all McDonald's to be great tasting and have an equal quality of food. All except this one.
