I filed a complaint on Monday 29 July 2013 (Ref. No. 95271) about the service at Wimpy Fochville. On 31 July I followed it up and it was said that the matter will be attended to within 24 hours. Needless to say that I had to contact them again. This time on 12 August at 8 o'clock the evening. I spoke to Buhle who promised to send an e-mail, with the reference number, to his supervisor who would have phoned me yesterday. Once again it was just empty promises, because from the 29th of July nobody contacted me, regarding this matter.

I don't know why Wimpy has a Customer Care line if they doesn't care about their customers at all!!! The Fochville branch as well as their Customer Care call centre are absolutely pathetic and a disgrace for good food and good customer service.
