No response from Customer Care

On the 10th of July I logged a complaint via the Customer care section on the KFC website.
I got a message saying that someone would be in touch with me, but this hasn't happened.
It appears that the only way to get a response is to complain on an open website where everyone can see the complaint. And then there seems to be a familiar "rest assured, the relevant branch... blah blah blah" response.
My concern is that the Armitage Road branch in Pietermaritzburg is not reflecting all the sale items on the receipt.
I did receive my full order, and seemed to have paid the correct price, but the price I paid was not the price on the receipt, which would then cause the branch to have more stock leaving the store than what is reflecting via invoices, which would then show incorrect stock levels.
I know this isn't a complaint about bad service or products, but would still be nice to know that my concerns are being acknowledged.
