Deceit and non-delivery

Today at 12h24pm I placed an order for 1 Large Pizza and a cooldrink. I paid via credit card and was told the order will be with me in 40 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes later still no pizza, eventually I call to enquire about my order I am told to hold on while someone fetched the manager. I was eventually given some sad story about the driver being in an accident and that my order was being remade and would be delivered. I said that no I would prefer a refund of my money. The manager then says but the order is already on its way when she just said it was just about to be remade?? All signs of when you can't keep your story straight. I advised I would like my refund she said she would have it delivered to me by a driver in 20 minutes it is now 30 minutes later I have no lunch, and no refund which i'm waiting for so I can place an order elsewhere!!! Thank you Debonairs Claremont for ensuring my daughter and I have no lunch to look forward to today!!
