I had visitors from America and we wanted to try Panarottis Pizza night (Thursdays), we went to Panarottis in Paarl and due to the length the queue we contacted Cape Gate and they acknowledged that they have a long queue and so did Tygervalley. We then contacted N1 City Panarottis and according to the person on the phone they only had 2- 3 people in the queue so naturally we decided to go there. We drove all the way from Paarl to N1 City only to find a queue longer than the one in Paarl.

I find this extremely annoying that I drove from Paarl to Goodwood 120Kms in total only to find that they gave me wrong information. I think the Franchisers should really look into this before it happens again and they lose more customers.
