Bad KFC service

Ive order through drive tru. i Order street wise 2 were i also said the chicken must be 2 breast. And 4 hot wings. Because it was 22:00 in the evening they said i have to wait 8 min for the hotwings. I said it was okay and i will wait in the parking area were the lady said it was ok and she will bring me the take away. After 20 min of waiting i went in to find out were my take away are the lady at front desk went to ask were i wait another 5 minuts. Got my take away and went home. At home i opened the street wise 2 the food were ice cold and were a small peace of breast and a drum stick were i threw the drum stick away because i dont eat a drum stick. And nobody there apologize for the waiting. The next day i sent a email to explain everything. 3 Days after my email i received a reference number (CAS-16692-M9W2V5) and said A KFC Customer Care Representative will be in contact with you to discuss your interaction. August 8 i sent another email again and no reply and are still waiting for a reply to my email. Im not a complainer but that was the badest customer service i ever had.
