Not Impressed At All

On Sunday the 12 Jan My wife and i Visited the Paarl Mall and decided to have breakfast, This is the first time we have eaten at that branch and very possible the last, Ever since the introduction of the R20 Breakfast my wife and i go every sunday morning, we either go to bayside, Tygervalley, Cape Gate or Canal Walk, So Far we have had no Problems. We Ordered our breakfast and beverages . when it was brought to us we noticed straight away that there was something not right here, The breakfast pizza was smaller in size, had less filling on it and the base was so thin and hard. My Normal breakfast that i ordered was also flawed as well, I ordered a side plate of chips. When they brought it, I was shocked at the quantity of chips that they gave. I immediately called the waitress and told her that i am not paying for that and this is not what we are used to, She took the plate back and bought me back the right amount, All went well after that. Later that afternoon i happened to take a look at my slip and saw that your branch actually had the dam cheek to charge me for 2 plates of Chips, How do you explain That
