I regularly frequent Panarotti's at N1 city - every now and then I try one of the others but am disappointed and always end up going back to Brent and his team.
All other Panarotti's branches can learn from the team at N1 city - service is friendly, they show a general concern for their customers and especially on all you can eat Thursdays - they make sure customers are getting enough slices. And for the poor customers in the mile long queue - on many an occasion they have juice available for the customers in the queue waiting for a table...
