Your waiters are useless and have alzheimer's

I chose expiry date as the nature of complaint on purpose.

Get new waiters please.

Having to walk into your kitchen to find someone to finally bring us the bill shows you you have serious staff issues there. Waiting for the bill for 30 minutes or more is not on, I am an honest person at least, but I wonder how many people just walk out of there without paying, out of pure frustration. I am complaining because it's the 2nd time we had this issue with your restaurant, we tried to give you a 2nd chance.

Your manager is a good guy though, get him to walk around and ask patrons if they are ok or not, you might save face.

We won't go there again, not a 3rd time, please read and fix yourselves up, you're wasting space in an awesome mall that another better serving restaurant can use.
