Small under cooked chicken dry as

On Thursday, 24 Oct, I had to drop somebody at Promonade Mall in Mitchell's Plain and as it was late, I bought some food at this outlet. This was about 18h20, not sure but close. I bought 15 piece bucket as it was a special and some burgers and salads. Did not mind the wait but got the meal with little enthusiasm from the person delivering the order. I was fine with that. Drove home, and had supper with the family at about 20h00. I know that the chicken will not be warm but to my surprise, I found really small pieces, including half wings, really small thighs, and 7 breast pieces with only 1 drumstick to be shared with 2 kids. I know this was a special, but am I supposed to get this? I had family over and had to dish this disaster. The chicken tasted old and very dry. At the time I was there, in the display cabinet their were chickens with 2 different colors. One really light and other brown. luckily I got the brown chicken, but still very bad.

I felt like a fool as I promised dinner to my family!
I should have paid the extra money and gone to KFC where I get bad service but at least good chicken.
Would like manager to call me.
