I find the attitude of staff totally abhorrent and unprofessional. When you feel like someone is doing you a favour by DOING THEIR JOB then something's not right.
Yesterday evening at around 21:45 I went to KFC with my partner to get a bite to eat. [Note the time and that closing time, not 'preparing to close time' is 22:00] Upon arrival at the drive-thru there's someone changing the menus to a.m. menus but nothing untoward there.
I drive up to the window and there's no one attending to us. After a minute or two I decide to step out of the car and ask the guy changing menus what's going on. He looks at his watch and then prompts me to hoot which I did.
The woman who came to the window a minute or so later for lack of a better word just didn't give a cough Her tone of voice when speaking to us, never mind the fact that she barely looked at us was disgusting. She doesn't apologise or anything, waits for me to order then promptly in the same attitude proceeds to inform us that there's no chicken, no burgers - after which when i said you're closing early she retorted that it's closing time. Change the boards RE: closing time and get more professional stuff. Terrible service
