KFC attitude

It has become increasingly alarming how staff (no apparent manger present) decide to close down or stop service delivery well before closing time. This has happened many times, and my experience KFC is one of the worst.

I came out of a movie at the Pavilion and was a little peckish, so I went the counter and ordered, and in a most non friendly and non professional way wad told that there was no more chicken fillets, so I asked if they where out of stock, or that they had stopped making as I have noticed in the past that they start cleaning and shutting down way before closing time. I did not get a response so I asked what time they close, and was told "don't know" when I pointed out there service times on there sign I was met with more non professional attitude.

There service delivery and attitude are unacceptable. Please rectify. Thank you
