Poor Service Delivery

Not once have I passed through KFC Windhoek, that there wasn't some sort of issue with the staff of the shop. They seem to be doing you a favor when you place your order, the drive through window is the worst. The person stares out in front of her and does not concentrate on your order, needless to say you will not receive the correct order, time and time again.
Don't even try to order something of the menu 30min before closing time, because you will not get it. only streetwise meals available if your lucky.
Security lock the door 30 minutes before closing time, same as a bank!!! Stock shortages seem to be a constant problem as well.
