On 18th July i sent my staff to buy food to the value of R1500. They wanted to pay with a visa voucher card which was refused by the manager, when they tried to explain that the card could be used all over he refused to listen to them, eventually ignoring them altogether.
Then, after finally getting assistance from another manager (he accepted the card) they handed the cashier the order to fill as it had been written down. While filling the order they were told that they were out of wings, then when they returned to the office, many of the food items were missing. The food wasnt very tasty either.
(Having read comments on HELLO PETER just before posting this, it seems that this is not an isolated experience and both has happend on more than one occasion)
I immediately contacted them and was requested to fax the receipt to the CUSTOMER CARE email. I sent through the receipt and order list and was told that this would be queried. Later that day i received a call just to confirm my complaint, and then never heard from anyone again... It is now Tuesday 23 July.
As a company we spend alot of money on takeaways for the staff weekly, we will definately not be spending it there again!!
