Doppio Zero
It's shame you allow this

I do most of my shopping at Sandton City and lately I had fallen in love with your Doppio Zero, Sandton mostly because of the friendly staff and the best service they always offer to me.

So I believe as a company you should keep a sharp eye on the management at that restuarant because on Sunday I witness the worst staff maltreatment since 1994. Truth is the big loud voiced guy is a destruction to your well sort business.

And on Sunday amongst the rest of the times I am there, he swears and shouts at staff and I can not live without having to inform the people that still look forward their next visit to that store that you are supporting an individual that is oppressive to staff and even a too.

I remember the names of individuals that have given me the exceptional services which are Mellissah, Travor, and recently Cleo who is the motive to my writting this notification, the poor girl was disgraced in front of the all customers and fellow workmates yet she kept defending the big guy with glasses, whom I was later informed was Andre.
I hope this get to the right people and a quick action is taken against him because I would love to see a happy Cleo again.
