Debonairs Pizza
Poor service | cold pizza

I ordered a pizza at 18:44 on delivery and it was delivered to me at 21:15 this is simply unacceptable, the dot was black and I told the driver that I'm not paying for the pizza and he aggressively and violently snatched the pizza away from me and drove off with the pizza that I ordered over 2 hours ago, is this how Debonnairs treats their customers? I called in time and I expect to get the service the customers in the restaurant get, just because I'm not there it doesn't mean I must not get the best service. I will not order pizza here ever again and I'm very dissapointed by the services I got. You need to fix this situation because you will lose customers, and you have just lost a customer.this is ridiculous. I have never waited this long for a pizza and got such a bad service from Debonnairs, it used to be one of my favorite take away places. I'm not happy and I know my CPA rights and Debonnairs rules or motto states if the dot is black the pizza is free, you need to teach your drivers that because they seem to not know that rule. I had to eat cornflakes for dinner because my pizza was not delivered, absolutely crazy. Such bad service.
