I find it very absurd that you get to the fast-food restuarant you wait like you are at the home affairs. I don't normally buy from KFC Lancers Road because it is always full. but on Saturday I was fooled by the Line that was short and excitedly i decided to buy only to find after my money was taken that I have follow a snake that was winding around for collection, when I asked I was told, it is the new KFC policy. I need to state categorically that the new policy stinks and as the consumer will not approve of such. KFC is a Fast-food not slow food restuarant. Whoever is the brain behind this, is brainless. I couldn't demand my money back because i used the debit card.
