Pathetic Service!!! Worst Restuarant Ever!

The chef and fatman is the worst establishment i have come across... we had an incident on mothers day (which was supposed to be a special day for any family) Ordered our food, waited almost 2 hours for the food only to find out that our order had been lost in the kitchen, then had to wait for the food to be re-ordered but took it as takeaway which cost us R700 instead as we were late for a prior arrangement. When we got home, we only received 2 of the 4 orders that we placed, The chicken from one of the orders that was received was not done. I then contacted Nicky who promised to send me a voucher, it has been 3 weeks, i phoned twice and still have not received anything. Not only did this incident spoil Mothers day, it made my first impression of this restuarant - the worst and most pathetic place to take my family to. I now want my money back as i dont really want to eat at such an establishment again.
