Very unsatisfactory service

I have never before had such bad service from Mc Donalds ever until their recently new branch close to my place of work opened. On my first encounter they forgot to put tomato on my burger, I thought it was an honest mistake till my second experience came where I told them no ice in my drink and they gave me a half cup and I only realised it when I got to work. Then on Friday I decided maybe it won't be that way again. The lady who helped me gave me a terrible look when I told her no ice in my drink and in my experience with the new texan burger the actual burger was much bigger at the rosmead branch and the burger I got Friday looked like one off a big mac meal. I asked them if it was the correct burger and they told me yes even though I knew it wasn't. I got into the habit of checking my food when I go there but it now came to my realisation that their service is just plain pathetic. I also have witnesses who was with me on these encounters and even they advised me to not purchase there again.
