On 26 January 2013, my pregnant wife and I went to Kauai Rondebosch to get a quick bite as we needed to attend a wedding ceremony. My wife placed an order 4 a princess sandwich and a princess wrap at 16h00. We received the princess wrap timeously. We were under the impression that we would receive the sandwich shortly thereafter, this however was not the case. I called the waiter, and to his surprise, we were awaiting another order for 20min. He then went to the kitchen to find out what the problem was. The staff in the kitchen were clueless about another order. 15 min later we received our order. When opening the wrapping of the item delivered it was another princess wrap. I was very frustrated as I; firstly had to wait for my order, secondly saw that the staff was unaware of my outstanding order and thirdly, the wrong product was given to me. I hope that top management will definitely look into this as I am a regular client of theirs.
