UNACCEPTABLE! chicken wrap without chicken

Twice this week I have had Kauai Princess Duo promotional meal. Its the healthiest option for those working at KSIA.

Two days ago I got a chicken princess wrap which came with ONE piece of chicken. I wrote it off to bad luck. Today I went to grab some lunch, made specific mention regarding the lack of chicken to which the manager was less than helpful, stating it was beyond her control. How out of hand can a wrap be?! She then went into the back for a moment, returned and said it would be taken care of.

Sat down to enjoy my wrap today feeling good that I addressed the issue... and this time I got a chicken princess wrap with a whole TWO TINY pieces of chicken! Im convinced they cut up the standard one piece to fix the issue!!!

Clearly Im not the only one experiencing this chicken shortage.
Really disappointed. This is one way to lose a loyal customer (eat Kauai probably 3 / 4 times a week), who pays for your grossly over priced, chickenless, chicken wrap. If you're gonna sell it as a salad wrap, price it as such!
