We were at Gold Reef City on Sat. At 12.45 we sat down at a table in you restaurant to have brunch. I ordered the belgian Waffle with bacon. First the tea was delivered with no milk - we had to ask twice. Then after a long interval the food arrives - minus mine. My husband and son sat for a few minutues waiting on mine. The waiter said it was coming. Eventually i told them to eat. I was told a second time it was coming. Ten minutes later i went inside to complain to the manager. She tells me that the original waffle stuck to the waffle maker and she had to start from scratch. I told her to forget it. We asked for the bill and got it - including the food that never arrived. I crossed it out and recaluculated it. We paid and left. The waitier then comes running after us to say we paid R8 short. I was extremely angry and I guarantee I will avoid M&G like the plague
