Wet floor and injured my child

Hi All

Yesterday we were at Spur Zevenwacht Mall KuilsRiver for dinner and my child went to fetch crayons to colour in and she had an accident.
Accident caused by negligent of staff where one guest broke a glass full of strawberry milkshake on the floor and instead of waiters to put in a sign and stand there to see that people to not cross the wet floor, they did that after she already felt and my child walk through it and fell on the broken glass. She injured her leg and was cut by the glass. To top that up the waiter who pick her up on the floor just took her to our table and said quoting "Your child slip and has milkshake on her pants" then he walked away.
When we looked at her, she is full of blood and we had to ask for a medical aid kit and took her to bathroom to clean the cuts which one manager came after to help.

This is an issue of negligent and non-caring employees.
Now will be taking my child to doctor to consult and treat her.
Will get advice from lawyers regarding this issue to see how should i take this forward.
