Totally Disappointed

On Sunday morning 31March Belgian my husband and I ordered the waffles with bacon. Those waffles did not taste like a Belgium waffle should!

There were 4 triangular pieces of the waffle and 3 pieces of bacon. When eating the waffle it rolled into a ball in our mouth and stuck to our teeth. We sent the food back and the manager had a terrible attitude right from the beginning her body language was negative - she spoke about us to the waiter and when she saw that we could see her she turned away. The Owner made us pay in full - we said that we would be happy to pay for one, but the owner totally ignored this. The manageress (in not so many words) kind of told us we were lying because she said we only sent back one piece of waffle! when in fact we sent back 1 and 1/2 pieces of waffle AND bacon. We have never had any response of this to a complaint before - we were not even offered a cup of coffee to try and make us feel happy. NEVER EVER will we support Mugg & Bean again - the owner should learn how to placate the customer and perhaps trainer her managers how to speak to customers.
