Bad Service

I am extremely shocked at the service from Oceans Basket Karaglen. Firstly they gave us a kiddies chair which was broken & did not make us aware. They took it upon themselves to give it to us without even letting us know it was broken & as a result my one year old son fell off it back first & onto the floor. Only after that incident Management decided to tell us that they have only two kiddies chairs & that one was broken which they need to sort out. As for their service, it was just pathetic. No one attended to us for the remainder of the evening, not once. Their excuse is always that they are under staffed. Never will we ever go to this place again which was once one of the best places to eat out. Since new management it is very very poor. I will not recommend Oceans Basket Karaglen to anyone & will do so to everyone we meet whether coming for a holiday or looking for a lace to eat out. Neve
