DEBONAIRS CUSTOMER DONT CARE

I was purchasing three pizza last night and have asked the cashier just to bring it to my ccar which was parked in her face at the outlet. So i got carried away on social media and when i realised after 44 minutes there is no pizza in sight i got into the shop only to find out my pizzas is standing in the cold whilst the cashier have left the the building. There were no handover to tell anyone it should be handed over to me. When I blew a gasket inside the store to send everyone into a flat spin the manager ordered that the pizza be put through the machine to be warmed, and all he was thinking was giving me a coke just to shut up. I find this experience totally cold and to tell you the truth going through this made the pizza taste like dry bread. I dont think I will go into debonairs soon and I am seriously thinking telling all my driends about this experience. Debonairs you need to let your employees understand the importance of customer service, one bad customer service is one too many. Most important it is the SHAREHOLDERS THAT FEEL BAD SERVICE THE MOST.
