Did nothing not even apologise

Hi, I visited the debonairs key largo branch in boksburg this after noon. Me and a friend sat down and after about 5 min three homeless guys came inside the store and started digging thru the dustbins for food . this is a combined store of steers/fish aways and debonairs. all the employees of these stores just looked at these guys and said or did nothing. the took food out the garbage and set it on the tables thats there for customers. They found a packet with some fries and veg in. Another homeless guy entered the store and took some of this garbage food. These guys started fighting in the store in front of customers and still no-one did anything.
There was a lady with two kids waiting for their food right behind these guys fighting. i could see the expression on their faces, believe me it wasnt a happy one . the kids was scared. As i got up the guys ran outside and continued to fight on the side walk. I asked to see the store manager. He came out and i asked him how they could allow these homeless people to come in the store and dig thru the dustbins. I informed him about what just happened and that this is not acceptable. he just aked the employees why did they not inform him.
