Spur Steak Ranches
Poor service and DISGUSTING food!!!

After much convincing I got my partner to agree to eat at Spur, we've stopped going there as the service and food at this branch are of such poor standards that we decided not to go there any more! nothing has changed! We had to move tables three times! 1st time because the table we were seated at was dirty. 2nd time because the airconditioner was blasting cold air right onto the table we were seated at, when asked if it could be switched off or turned down, we were told no! so off we went to the 3rd table! after being seated we ordered 2 starters and then 2 dishes to have as mains. we repeatedly had to ask for side plates as we wanted to share the starters and also for condiments! halfway into the starters the waitron showed up with our main meals! and promptly announced: well here are your meals! I saw the kitchen putting out one of the dishes at the same time the starters were prepared, so this food was actually sitting on the pass all this time! I then called for the manager. she was not interested in ending her chat so she sent over a junior manager to see to our complaint. Not once did the manager come to check and see if we were satisfied! Needless to say we weren't!
