Worst Experience ever from a take away franchise

As a loyal customer for multiple years of the Nandos franchise I was not satisfied by the delivery rate and service I received from Nandos at the Parkview shopping mall in Moreleta park.

I waited close to two hours for my delivery and it was cold and the chicken was drier than a piece of cardboard and that's most likely due to the fact of the late delivery. I prefer your chicken over all over take aways. I enjoy your advertisements and am a big supporter.

My complaint is not to yield a empty apology from you. My complaint is to tell you that you've lost a loyal customer not just from the parkview Nandos but from all Nandos franchises. I will be telling all my peers about this bad experience and untasteful food.
