Nando's food, not so hot after all

Every Friday we treat ourselves to a take outs at the office (90% of the time being Nandos).
We have never received bad quality food or bad service before however today was my first :(. I ordered a quarter Chicken, chips and a roll (Mild). I was not asked what piece of chicken I would like and forgot to tell the lady that I wanted the Breast. When I got back to the office to my horror I had a drumstick and it had absolutely no taste, no sauce that usually drenches the chicken in delightfulness. Just a plain drum stick with no flavour and there wasn't even mildly a taste of something burny to make my tastebuds dance. Very disappointed.
