Mr Delivery
Bad attitude of drive

I currently have two accounts with Mr Delivery, the company one and my personal one. I must say on the personal one Iv had no problems with the drivers as i do offer a tip. in the instance of the company one, when they place orders and make no provision for tips (reason being they are already paying a delivery fee, and book keeping reasons) I experienced endless hassles with one of the Delivery guys, (an Indian guy driving a red car) the guy DEMANDS a tip. at one instance our Admin manager came back with out the food because the guy wanted a tip and would not give our food, she ended up giving it out of her pocket. I really don't mind giving tips out of GOOD WILL but once its DEMANDED that is just not acceptable, a tip is a thank you for good service, they are not even doing much of a service just take the food and bring it, and we pay a processing fee and a delivery fee, don't these guys get paid? anyway, we have resorted to no longer ordering from Mr delivery on the company capacity we call the stores/restaurants directly and pay no processing fee and no delivery fee, much cheaper much more happier. please address your drivers attitude.
