Paid for something I'm still waiting to receive

I ordered several items of which 2 were combos with Portia on the 10 July at 17:03.
The food was delivered without the 2 regular chips which were on the slip. I paid the driver in full and he said that we should call the shop and he will go back to collect it.
I called the branch at 17:36 and again spoke to Portia, who gave no apology but said she would send the chips with the driver.

I'm still waiting for the driver to deliver the food which I have paid for in good faith that it would be delivered.
My order number is 22 and the receipt number is 4522.

I feel that the service is Pathetic and is literally
