Very bad service and waited 2 hours for our food

Good day

I am very disgusted with Sandwich Baron Kempton park's service.
We ordered out food at 11:58 today. I spoke to Polanyi which was not clued up with how things work down there.
I was almost 10 min on the line with him to take my order for me and 3 of my work colleges. He makes me repeat myself numerous times over and over again.

After an hour waiting for my food I call in and he says no the food is still there at their shop, they are waiting for a driver to deliver our food. He promised me that when the driver picks up the food he will instruct him that we will be the first delivery.
After another 40min I call back and he answers again, when he hears its my voice he hands the phone to another lady. She then tells me that the driver had the food since 11:15.By this time my work colleges and myself are already upset and disgusted with the service. I tell the lady that she needs to call the driver and ask him where he is. I call back and he answers again.
I ask him where is the driver and he does not really know but he is close to us. That's not what I want to hear.

I cancelled the order. I don't want that food. I love Sandwich baron's food, but will not orde
