On the 06 of July 05:33 i went to KFC Lebowakgomo and was shocked by staff who went out the restaurant's leaving customers standing on the queue and drive through while they went outside to see their friends in a taxi, apparently one of the staff members was getting married on that day. when we requested for the maneger where where told she was on weekend off.i was very upset by the lack of respect that they showed to customers. before KFC loses more customers because im never going there again theose people need customer care.

the cashier 75 Miranda (i think is her name according to my invoice) who served me gave me small piaces and half of packect of chips dont no if its because i complained but i felt i was not served for my money's worth and my family was very dissapointed with the meal and i want a refund if you dont want to service customers then let us keep our money.
