Reggie's
Ude and pathetic customer service

I purchased some items at the Reggies store in menlyn shopping centre. Due to the lack of customer service and the pure and utter disgusting behaviour of one of the male staff members at the store, I am appalled and embarrassed. He was rude to me and argued with me in front of all the other staff members and customers waiting impatiently at the queue. I waited at the cashiers to pay and after a long while was finally served. I merely verbalised that there was zero customer service. He felt that he had to personally take me on. I am not leaving this matter here. If I had to speak to one of my customers in that manner I would probably not have a job. I am totally disgusted by the rude and arrogant behaviour of this man and the service issue that clearly exists here.
