I would like to report that I bought a meal at Nando's Northmead on 06/07/13. The shop assistant Mpho M swiped my credit card twice. I was told that I have to call in at the shop where I bought the food to cancel the second payment. I went in on 8 July 2013 and spoke to Zanele the manager on duty. She couldn't help me. I asked her why she couldn't re-credit me with the credit card machine, didn't have a clue. She then passed the buck and gave me a lady by the name of Zukiswa Tunzi tel no. 011 808 5801 and email [Email Removed] I have tried phoning the number numerous times to no avail, continually engaged. I tried sending an email and it was returned to me. I then got hold of 08611 3332 Sizwe gave me another number to phone 011 808 5600. I phoned it and was told by the receptionist at 3.30 on Wednesday afternoon 10 July that everybody had gone home and I would have to call back. I have to say I am very frustrated with this service and I would just like my money back.
