Bad attitude and sloppy service

I went to menlyn steers yesterday and was served by Yvonne. I asked her how long will a riblet snack take and I heard 3 minutes. I ordered, after 10 minutes I enquired and she said no its 15 minutes and I said but you said 3 and she said no I said 15. 3 and 15 don't rhyme for me to hear 3 instead of 15. Its is possible that I'm right she's wrong or vice versa. What made me cross was the way she handled the whole situation. She requested my receipt and then said "Tjo you still have 5 more minutes". I requested to cancel my order as I was being late to get back to work and she said I cant and when I insisted she then said she'll call the manager. She strolled to the back and was there for about 2 minutes and came back and without giving me the attention she just said the manager is busy he's coming and moved away to the front side not even waiting for the manager to show him the complaining customer. She has bad attitude and was showing me that I'm a nag by complaining. I don't know if its the culture of Steers Menlyn or Steers as a whole. If we are not allowed to complaint then Famous brands is similar to a company at the corner office in a filthy city like Marabastad
