Insulted for requesting a different fizzy drink

She gave me a different fizzy drink from what I requested, needless to say she argues with me instead of just changing it, upon my departure she proceeded to loudly tell customers in the queue how I think I am superior and better than everyone else. I may be mistaken but what on earth is so difficult about just changing the drink and learning not to involve other clients? I wonder what the CPA says about such conduct.
