KFC takes money three weeks no refund!!!

On the 28 June 2013 I bought food from KFC Westgate I used my bank card to pay and my account was debited thrice instead of just once. Ilona confirmed that she would investigate and took all my details, she smsed me once to say head office has to check thier bank statement and confirm if the money is showing, its now the 10th July, i have sent 2 emails now with a copy of my bank statement showing the monies was taken thrice and STILL NO RESPONSE!! This is pathetic that a person has to FIGHT to get your own damm money back after 3 weeks. IM FED UP WITH THIS AND I WANT MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK, i have done everything they have asked me and sent it to them and i still havent had the courtesy of an email or a phone call! THIS IS BULL AND I DEMAND THAT MY MONEY GETS REFUNDED PLUS THE COSTS FOR ME HAVING TO GET BANK STATEMENTS AND MY PETROL FOR HAVING TO DRIVE TO THE BANK BECAUSE KFC IS INCOMPETENT WITH OTHER PEOPLES MONEY!
