60mins, only 5 tables occupied.. For 2 pizzas!

First time here.. Ordered 2 pizzas immediately on arrival.. More than 60mins later still no food and 4 tables that have arrived after us have received their food.. Fully cooked grill meals and pizza! We enquire only to be told the order was only put in more than 30mins after we ordered by the waitress. No explanation given..
