STILL NO ANSWER FROM ST. ELMOS???

On Thursday, 27 June 2013, we placed an order telephonically for 2 pizzas at 18:15. Left home at 18:30 as they said it would take about 30mins

By the time we got there, it was 18:45 and the pizzas were not ready. At 19:10, almost an hour later, when we received the order, they had given us the incorrect pizza. We ordered the Salami as well as the Rock 'n Roll chicken pizza, they gave the bacon instead. My kids do not even eat bacon, hence we ordered the chicken.

After all this, they told us that they are quite busy and will have to re-do the order, and it will take another 30minutes.

Yes, we like flamed grilled pizzas, but this service is totally unacceptable!!!

PS: The new bases for your pizzas is horrible to say the least, I would rather stick to the previous bases - the rolled out dough!!!
