Dear Primi

After hearing good reviews about your restaurant we decided to buy a Groupon offering any two pizzas.

As specified on the voucher, we made a reservation beforehand for Friday evening at 7pm. An hour before we arrived someone phoned to ask the time we booked as they did not write it down. Not something you would expect from an established restaurant.

Our dinner at your restaurant was very disappointing. The service was particularly slow and it was evident that larger tables were served faster than us.

We ordered a pizza bread to share with extra garlic. The waitress brought it without garlic, apparently the (Italian!!!) restaurant ran out. Yet at the end of the evening we were charged for the extra garlic.

We were then told that we are only allowed to order from the pizzas on the first page, although the Groupon said ANY pizza. This is misrepresentation.

The pizzas themselves were not fully cooked. We decided against desert, as this would also probably take over an hour. We took half of the pizza's home as take-aways, when we opened the boxes, the pizzas were broken, clearly been thrown in.

I am highly disappointed, you did not live up to their reputation.
