Bad Customer Service

After a late night movie we decided to get a take out Pizza at Debonairs

Little did we know that we were in for a suprise.we waited there for service and after a while a guy came through who was immediately given service with a smile. I made the the staff aware that we have been standing the for a while and the other customers around us agreed. She totaly ignored me to the point the gentlemen offered VIP assistance and husband had to tell her that to respond. She then gave me an attitude and bad service.

I feel this is bring both the Debonairs and Montecasino brand down. I feel that the right people should be put in the right place and be continuously trained to ensure that the level of service sticks to the level of the Brand.
