Worst Service Ever!!!

Today a customer of mine went down to maestro to buy me a chocolate cake, which when she came back to my store she handed me the chocolate cake. There was a funny smell in the cake but i didn't't take much note of because i was busy. As i sat down to have my wonderful cake, oops my bad did i say wonderful the most disgusting cake in the whole world which was rotten and had mould in it the taste was horrid, Lord knows what other things are rotten there. The worst part the manager by the name of DEAN comes with an attitude don't if its because of the colour of my skin does not greet and asks what is wrong with the cake i then try to explain to him that the cake is off and has mould he looks at it as if its fine i tell him to taste the cake cause i mean we should all know what chocolate cake tastes like then he gives me an attitude telling me that he's worked long in a restaurant i must not tell him about how a chocolate cake should taste like then he walks away and leaves the store. What is worse i ask for the managers name and no one wants to give it to me because they are to scared, i call the shop and asked for he's name they hang up but eventually i got he's name.
